In an effort to raise awareness of the multiple travel resources Discovery employees have at their disposal, Discovery Travel Services and Discovery Networks International collaborated to present the Travel Fair. They asked to create a passport that employees could use as they explored different vendors, each of which was labeled with a city and country.
Taking the concept a step further, a set of stickers were introduced. Now, employees could have their passports “stamped” at each booth with a sticker, and upon visiting every booth would be eligible to enter a raffle. The passport was a huge hit and encouraged employees to visit multiple vendor booths. Also, since the department didn’t have a logo, I created one based on a traffic sign so that they could have their own visual identity within the company.
